I just published another podcast. As I was doing the research it shocked me how many pastors there are that don’t believe basic biblical precepts such as the virgin birth, resurrection, inspired scriptures etc…

This one’s older but it is still kind of shocking. 1967 Hadden survey “infidels in the pulpit!”
It is no wonder that false doctrines creep in! It is shocking to think that these large percentages of pastors are not on the same page as Jesus! Don’t forget there are going to be MANY FALSE PROPHETS leading MANY astray. That is opposite of THE FEW! Which category do you fit in?
I guess you don’t want to drink your milk with flies in it right? So be sure and check what your pastors say with the bible. Reagan said, “Trust but verify”. That is a pearl of wisdom right there!
Oh yeah, if you listen to the podcast, I was talking kind of fast to get all my thoughts in before someone could get noisy, or the 30 minute marker was up. I apologize, but at least I didn’t cut it into two episodes! So chill out, strap on your seat belt of truth, and put on your helmet of salvation while I pry open your mind! WARNING - I have effective crowbars!

I showered with strangers today!
I thought that might grab your eye! LOL
I was at the gym today, and I was thinking to myself about the compromises we make for the sake of our flesh! I would never shower with a bunch of strangers, but at a gym, it is common course. Gotta work out right?
It is kind of like, slowly slipping into that ‘R’ rating just because there are no good ‘G’ films. Hey – I’m guilty! But at least I am slowing down on the films!
Speaking of films:
Die Hard! Live Free or Die Hard!
Go see it! It really measures up to the other ones. I really like the apple computer guy Justin Long. He added some interesting flavor to the mix and did an excellent job complementing Bruce Willis.
Not much profanity, and if there was sex I don’t remember it! (That’s a first!)
I think I like the fact that Bruce Willis’ character is more directed by a moral compass than bowing down to a chain of unprincipled bureaucratic authority. Albeit I am not sure it is the same moral compass of compassion and love Christians are supposed to have. It’s more like the adrenal moral compass – which makes for great film!
The motto is the great Libertarian motto for the state of New Hampshire.
Of course that means I have to plug the FREE STATE PROJECT! They have the idea of getting a lot of libertarians to move to the state in order to influence its politics. If you are for liberty, then you need to check it out! Or you can just stay in bondage – it’s up to you!
Vista – blessing and a curse!
I got a new puter and it has Vista 64. It is a rocking computer! Vista is an efficient operating system with a few nifty features that I haven’t figured out yet. But what is immediately apparent is that not all of my old software will migrate to Vista from XP!
This is extremely frustrating. And I feel somewhat cheated, so I wanted to pass the warning on to you. If you are thinking about getting the Vista operating system, please do your homework!
Check with your software manufacturer’s web sites and see if they can be run efficiently under Vista. Don’t forget you may need drivers for your external equipment that you may have hooked up via USB or firewire.

Im Back! Did ya Miss me?????
Yeah I know, I’m sorry for those of you that missed me. I just had to take a break for a while.
I have a Podcast now. For those of you who like to listen to me rant, than simply read it. So far I have done a few bible studies. Do you have any idea how hard it is to promote a new podcast with in depth bible studies?
It looks like I am going to have to go back to the type of stuff I do here at Conrads Concerns.

Senate immigration bill suffers crushing defeat
You know, I am getting sick of this whole illegal immigration thing. There is no way to solve the problem. And quite honestly, I am disappointed with all the Christians that are mad about the immigrants. Their arguments are selfish and do not fall into the category of the BIG 10 – LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR!
They are not taking our jobs. Go and see if you can get someone to pay you sub minimum wage for picking cotton. I bet you will find that you can get that job pretty easily.
The culture is not disappearing. Ok well, maybe it is. But what is the big deal? I mean we took this place from the Indians. Who really cares about the culture anyway? I like burritos! I think Latin women are hot!
There is nothing you can do about it anyway! Unless you have a Hitler complex, there is really nothing you can do. They are already here. They multiply faster than the average American family. You can see that the Hispanic birth rate is higher than the rest of the population. So the culture is going to be gone anyway. Maybe we should just accept the inevitable and stop labeling people as ‘illegal’.
Why are we still in Iraq?
Didn’t the democrats get elected for a reason? I love America, and I love our troops. I think that they are doing the best they know how. But now it is time to do something different. Obviously those people don’t want us over there, or they wouldn’t be willing to go through such lengths to kill us. We have people dying every day over there. And I would feel a little better about it if the dots were clearly connected to the defense of America.
It looks like we are rattling a hornet’s nest. This action we are taking over there is causing the rest of the world to really dislike us. And the Muslim community is obviously taking this as a religious war. I know, we are trying to keep it simple by calling them radical, and extreme, but there sure are a lot of those radical and extreme people willing to kill themselves just to get a few of us. It looks to me like radical and extreme is becoming mainstream.
Paris is out of Jail!
Wouldn’t the headline be a lot cooler if it said:
Paris, Lindsay and Britney all in rehab!
Or maybe throw ‘lesbian’ in the title somewhere??
Yeah I watched the Larry King interview. I was not impressed. I think America is too preoccupied with useless crap. Isn’t there something else to do? This is the symptom of a fat country. We are fat and complacent about real issues, and are preoccupied with fairy tale people.
If there are points given out in heaven, I don’t think there are going to be too many points given for watching Television!
